Refund policy

For cartridges, Technotrio accepts returns for refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase or receipt if the product is unopened.

Technotrio accepts returns for refund or exchange within 7 days of the date of purchase or receipt for Computers, tablets, cell phones and accessories. A fixed retouching fee of $85 applies on computers, $40 on tablets and cell phones.

For any return (Defective Products or not), the returned equipment must be in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, labels, the invoice…. A shipping fee may be charged when purchasing online.

No return on software, operating systems and special orders (products not in stock) or if special mention.

Technotrio has the right to fully verify a return within two business days before issuing a refund.

Technotrio has the right to refuse any return or exchange if the returned product is in poor condition or physically damaged.

Technotrio is not responsible for data loss, software failure caused by misuse, or failed BIOS installation or update.

Laptop Warranty:

Technotrio gives a 1-year parts and labor warranty in store on the equipment, while this warranty will not be applied in the following cases: If the computer was repaired or disassembled by another store. No warranty on computer batteries.

Cartridge warranty:

Original cartridges are Non-changeable non-refundable

Compatible or Remanufactured Inkjet Cartridges: If the product is unopened, unused: Refund or exchange possible if the date of purchase is not exceeded 30 Days and the packaging is not damaged, with the exception of products on order there is a charge of 15% applies.
If the product Opened and not defective: Not Changeable not refundable If the product is Defective with supporting evidence: Refund or exchange possible if the date of purchase is not exceeded 3 months and the packaging is not damaged.

Remanufactured and Compatible Laser Cartridges:

If the product is unopened, unused: Refund or exchange possible if the date of purchase is not exceeded 3 months and the packaging is not damaged, with the exception of products on order there is a charge of 15% applies. If the product is opened and unused: Refund or exchange possible if the date of purchase is not exceeded 30 days and the packaging is not damaged with a 20% return to stock fee. Except products made to order are non-changeable and non-refundable. If the product is Defective with supporting evidence: exchange possible if the date of purchase is not exceeded 2 years and the packaging is not damaged
